☻ Cheese & Jamon, seasoned seaweed with olives and almonds. All looks like a European wine platter except the dried seeweed.

☻ After having a barbeque, this is the way to finish any left over food. Chopped left over meat and stir fried with rice, gralic and kimchi, cannot miss out the seaweed here again.

☻ Boiled port in soybean water (수육), eat with chillie and kimchi. I heard you can make the same dish using makgol-ri, fermended rice wine as the base to boil pork.

☻ You don’t have to be at an fancy restaurant to enjoy steak style beef, my friend made this for me and she knows I have a small tummy!

☻ I am addicted to hot pot, my favourite restaurant being Haidilao, this is home made style of hotpot.

☻ Simple soup with lots of spring onion and rice.

☻ When you get lazy to cook, instant cup noodles with kimchi, random seaweed soup with rice so it is not too instanty.

☻ Sweet and savoury beef brisket with potato (장조림), rice with kimchi.

☻ There are shrimp farms in Korea where you can buy them fresh. Easy to cook, difficult to eat, your fingers will get messy but it is worth it.
